ICYMI – NACD officially has a new name. On October 30, members were informed that NACD is changing it's name to the Alliance for Chemical Distribution (effective November 7). In advance of the Annual Meeting, further details regarding this transition can be read here.

We look forward to your presence at the Opening Session as we share more of the details behind this decision. Throughout the Annual Meeting, we will be celebrating this exciting new direction for our organization, and we are thrilled to have you join us in Amelia Island for the festivities!

Mobile App

Details on downloading the mobile app for the meeting can be found in the Trip Tips email, please refer to that email for instructions on obtaining the latest version of the mobile app.

Arrival at the Omni Amelia Island

Our meeting hotel is located at 39 Beach Lagoon Rd, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034. For more details, please go to the hotel website. Check-in time is 4:00 pm, and checkout is at 11:00 am.

Transportation

The Jacksonville International Airport is about a 45-minute (35 mi) drive to the hotel. Please note the hotel does not provide shuttle service from the airport.

On-Property Transportation

Omni Amelia Island provides complimentary on-property tram service between the conference center and the villas. To request a pickup dial 0 from the hotel phone.

Thursday and Friday Airport Shuttle

ACD has arranged for airport transportation from the Omni Amelia Island to the Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) on Thursday evening and Friday morning due to the limited number of ground transportation options on the Island. The Shuttle service schedule can be found in the mobile app.

Dress Code/Badges

The dress code is business casual. Please always wear your badge! It is your passport to ALL ACD-related events.

Annual Meeting Closing Reception and Dinner - Wednesday, November 8

This year’s Annual Meeting dinner and reception will embrace a tropical luau theme.

Dress code for this event is Resort Casual (Hawaiian shirts and shorts are welcome).
