Industry partnerships are an important part of the chemical industry. If your company would like to host its own private meeting(s), please complete this private functions request form by October 13, 2025.
NOTE: Any company representatives participating in private meetings must be registered for ACD Annual Meeting.
Cancellations must be made in writing via email at meetings@acd-chem.com. Cancellations received on or before October 17, entitle the registrant to a refund minus an administrative charge of 25% of the gross registration and activities fees. After October 17, no refunds will be issued. Substitutions can be made at any time. (There is no fee for substitutions.)
NOTE: ACD Annual Meeting is a Members Only meeting. Company representatives that attend any portion of ACD’s Annual Meeting (which includes participation at a function held in conjunction with the ACD Annual Meeting) and/or has a sleeping room at the host hotel during Annual Meeting must be a registered attendee of ACD Annual Meeting (contact us at meetings@acd-chem.com for information on group registration discounts). To ensure fairness to all members we will check badges at all events during the meeting.
