ACD is an advocate and defender of our members in Washington and across the nation. Our policy team works diligently to educate legislators and regulators on how their policies affect the distribution of essential chemical ingredients. In addition, ACD offers resources and tools, including a comprehensive Regulatory Resource Guide, regulatory reports on proposed and final rules, and a team of regulatory compliance providers to assist our members in regulatory compliance.
