Chemical Handler Affiliates are chemical handlers whose primary function excludes the supply, manufacturing, or distribution of chemicals. Examples include public warehouses, recyclers, and carriers. Chemical Handler Affiliates, like ACD members, are required to comply with ACD Responsible DistributionTM.
