Access Chemical Management Resources to Improve Operations

Members receive access to online trainings, webinars, ACD U courses, leadership programs, and other resources with specific information to help companies improve their operations.

Here are just a few examples of the many ACD policy resources available to chemical professionals in the agriculture and specialty chemical markets:

  • OSHA Hazard Communication Standard and Chemical Distribution: The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) recently finalized its long-awaited rule to update its Hazard Communication Standard (HCS). Chemical distributors are highly impacted by these changes. To meet the new HCS requirements, companies will need to update thousands of safety data sheets and labels for their products. The ACD Regulatory Team prepared this regulatory report to inform chemical distributors about the changes.

  • Facility Process Safety Issue Page: ACD members pride themselves on the safety of their facilities. ACD supports regulatory safety policies that are risk-based, clear, and consistent. Learn more about the regulations for facility process safety policies.

  • ACD 2024 Legislative and Regulatory Outlook Webinar: In this webinar, the ACD Regulatory Team discusses the latest developments on the Superfund Tax, EPA, and OSHA regulations, the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard updates, predictions for trade policy, and more. The Legislative Team discusses what to expect from Congress on these and other issues, including the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards.
