Regional Meetings, Redefined

For years, ACD’s regional meetings have provided members with an opportunity to connect, learn, and grow in a smaller, more personal setting. Our regional meetings have been a place for seasoned industry professionals and new members alike to engage on a range of topics, challenges, and opportunities. The intimate and relaxed atmosphere of regional meetings has been a highlight of ACD’s offerings.

We recognize that the challenges and uncertainty that ACD members of all sizes are facing today aren’t restricted to geographic region, and our members can find value in engaging with peers from across the country. These meetings are designed to bring people together when it matters most. So, let us tell you about a few new features that will enhance this meeting experience going forward:

  • No more borders. You’re no longer tied to one region. You will be able to attend as many meetings as you like and in locations that make sense for you and your business.
  • Meeting you where you are. We’ll host gatherings in areas with dense member communities, ensuring convenience and strong participation.
  • The same feel but expanded reach. You’ll still enjoy the intimate, familiar format of past regional meetings, but now with the added benefit of building relationships with peers from outside of your typical region.
  • More opportunities to connect. Without regional limitations, members can strengthen their networks and gain fresh perspectives from members across the nation and throughout the year.

By breaking free from the geographical limitations of regional areas and focusing instead on meeting members where they are in dense membership areas, we can give ACD members the opportunity to meet where it’s convenient for them, when it’s convenient.

Through these meetings, we will be able to increase accessibility across our membership while eliminating previous regional constraints. These meetings will give us the chance to curate the national networking reach experienced at Annual Meeting while still preserving the familiar, small-format discussions that our smaller meetings are known for.

Your network, your expertise, and your opportunities shouldn’t be limited by geography and attendance restrictions. Enhancing engagement across our membership benefits the entire chemical distribution industry, and we look forward to continuing this important collaboration, together. Join us at the upcoming Winter Regional Meeting, happening in Houston, TX, February 18-19, 2026. Be sure to register and secure your hotel accommodation before the January 27 deadline.
