Executive Leaders Program

The ideal candidate for the Executive Leaders program is a highly motivated professional currently in a senior leadership role. This program is designed for individuals with 8 or more years of leadership experience who are prepared to elevate themselves, their teams, and their organizations to new heights. Those with cross-functional leadership and strategic decision-making responsibilities will derive the greatest benefit from this advanced program.

Qualifications/attributes of an ideal candidate include, but are not limited to:

  • 8+ years of leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential, initiative, and commitment to the chemical distribution industry
  • High performers with a record of accomplishment in cross-functional leadership and strategic decision making
  • Individuals who are prepared to engage in self-reflection and introspective work, as well as contribute to the experience of the cohort
  • A commitment to staying involved for the duration of the program
  • Demonstrated commitment to the principles of Responsible Distribution, environmental stewardship, and ethical leadership
