The ideal candidate for the Executive Leaders program is a highly motivated professional currently in a senior leadership role. This program is designed for individuals with 8 or more years of leadership experience who are prepared to elevate themselves, their teams, and their organizations to new heights. Those with cross-functional leadership and strategic decision-making responsibilities will derive the greatest benefit from this advanced program.
Qualifications/attributes of an ideal candidate include, but are not limited to:
8+ years of leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential, initiative, and commitment to the chemical distribution industry
High performers with a record of accomplishment in cross-functional leadership and strategic decision making
Individuals who are prepared to engage in self-reflection and introspective work, as well as contribute to the experience of the cohort
A commitment to staying involved for the duration of the program
Demonstrated commitment to the principles of Responsible Distribution, environmental stewardship, and ethical leadership
Emerging Leaders Alumni who now meet the above qualifications are encouraged to apply!
