Participant Perspective

Leadership Growth With Lasting Impact

“Upon meeting my peers from the 2026 class, I see we all juggle work, life, and leadership—whether at long-standing institutions or in growing organizations. My goal is simple: to leave it a little better than I found it and to enable others to do the same.”

— Victor Ambrosio, Customer Service Manager, Rierden Chemical & Trading Company, Emerging Leaders '26
